Lily is enthusiastic about the effect chiropractic care can have on the whole function of the body and the benefits every person can experience from having their nervous system looked after.

She grew up in Chandler’s ford and studied in Wales for 4 years at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) gaining a distinction on her Masters degree.

Lily loves continually learning about the philosophy and new techniques chiropractic has to offer. She is trained in diversified, sacro-occipital technique (SOT), medical acupuncture, pregnancy care, paediatrics, cranialfascial techniques, TMJ and nutrition. Lily also holds a level 5 sports massage qualification and level 2 fitness instructor diploma. This allows Lily to look at the whole body and get to the root cause of a person’s complaint and get the body functioning to the best of its ability.

Unlike many chiropractors, Dr Lily had never received chiropractic care until she was adjusted at the WIOC clinic, but loved the idea that she could help people to function better with only her hands by removing interference of the nervous system. She quickly felt the benefits of having regular care.

Lily loves spending her free time outside in nature or by the sea, travelling the world and trying different cafes for an iced latte.
